 A boy, Goku, turns 18 and must set out to find the 7 dragonballs to stop evil Lord Piccolo. Based on the cartoon series.

 I remember watching the Dragonball cartoon in the mid-90's I think... I dug it. It's been a while and my memory was rusty, but this seems pretty cool. More or less has the same idea going on. It's got a lot of fun action sequences. James Marsters totally surprised me as Piccolo. Hated the chick playing Bulma though. Worth checking out, I'd wait for the video.
